Cadastral surveys involve the measurement and mapping of property boundaries. They are essential for land ownership and development purposes.

You may need a cadastral survey when subdividing land, fencing, determining boundary clearances/offsets, resolving boundary disputes, or for property development projects.

The timeframe depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A standard residential boundary survey can usually be completed within 1 to 3 business days. Larger subdivision projects or infrastructure surveys may take longer. We always aim to provide clear timelines and fast turnaround without compromising accuracy.

A land survey ensures your building or development sits within the correct legal boundaries, helping you avoid costly disputes or compliance issues. It provides accurate data for site planning, council approvals, and engineering design, laying a solid foundation for your project's success.
